Step 1: You Text Us Your Address

Step 2: Site Visit (Free)
If the price works, we come look at your yard. Takes 15 minutes. We check:
- Soil condition (sandy? clay? rocks?)
- Drainage (does water pool anywhere?)
- Access (can our truck get close?)
- Shade vs. sun
- Sprinkler heads
After the visit, you get an exact price. Not a range — a number.
Step 3: You Say Yes
No contracts. No deposits on small jobs. You just say "let’s do it" and we schedule you.
Most jobs: 1-2 weeks out. Rush jobs: 3-5 days.
Step 4: Installation Day
Morning (8:30-9 AM): The crew arrives with everything.
First 2 hours: We rip out your old lawn. Everything goes in the truck.
Next 1-2 hours: Soil prep. Grade for drainage. Add 2-4 inches of topsoil if needed. Lime. Starter fertilizer. Rake smooth.
Final 2-3 hours: Lay the sod. Tight seams. Staggered joints. Cut around edges. Roll flat.
Cleanup: We haul away all debris. Driveway clean. Yard green.
Total time: 1 day. Large properties: 2 days.
Step 5: You Water It
- Days 1-10: 2x a day in spring and fall, 3x a day in summer, 15 to 20 minutes per zone
- Day 11 to the first cut: 1x a day in spring and fall, 2x a day in summer, 20 minutes
- Keep it moist, not muddy
- Stay off the new sod until we come back for the first cut. No walking, play or dogs.
- We come back about 21 to 30 days after install for the first cut and the second fertilizer. We text you the day before. Every install includes 30 days of aftercare.

Our standard rate is $2.85 per square foot for most installs, everything included. Really big jobs can come in lower, priced per job. Areas covered in stone or gravel that we have to remove first cost more per square foot. Small jobs start at our $2,000 minimum.
