What does sod installation cost?

Our standard written rate is $2.85 per square foot for the complete process — tear-out, composted topsoil, lime, starter fertilizer, farm-fresh sod, and 30 days of aftercare. A typical 1,500 sq ft front yard runs about $4,275; project minimum is $2,000. Every estimate comes in writing with a 30-day price lock.

How long does the install take?

Most lawns are finished in a single day — tear-out in the morning, fresh rolls down by the afternoon. Larger properties can run to a second day.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. We handle everything: old lawn removal, grading, soil, sod, rolling, and the initial watering. Your only job afterward is following the watering schedule we hand you.

Is the installation guaranteed?

Yes — a 60-day establishment guarantee. If any section fails to root within 60 days and you've followed the watering instructions, we replace it free. No questions asked.

How fast can you schedule me?

In season, usually within the same week of your deposit. A $250 deposit locks your date and comes off the balance. Install season runs spring through mid-October.
