· Non-members pay a $125 service-call fee every single visit — members pay it never.
· Forgotten winterization is the most expensive mistake in irrigation: cracked pipes and $500+ repairs. Members can't forget — it's on our calendar, not yours.
· Repairs, when needed, are billed at parts + labor only. Your install warranty stays fully separate and covered either way.

What exactly does the $449 cover?

Three scheduled visits — fall winterization blowout, spring startup, and a mid-season check — plus zero service-call fees for the entire year. If anything acts up, we come out free and you only pay for actual repair parts and labor. The $125 trip fee everyone else pays? Members never see it.

Does it cover minor repairs and adjustments?

Yes. Nudging a head a couple inches as plants grow in, tweaking spray patterns — that kind of adjustment is handled in the spring startup and mid-season check at no extra charge. Adding brand-new heads or relocating heads a long distance are separate repairs, billed at parts + labor (with no trip fee, because you’re a member).

Can I just buy the winterization by itself?

No — we only do the full yearly plan. It comes out a little less than booking the blowout and startup separately anyway, and it means the same crew has eyes on your system all year instead of showing up cold once.

Is this an auto-renewing subscription?

No. It's a one-time annual charge covering 12 months from your signup date. We send a reminder about 30 days before the year is up, and one text is all it takes to renew — or not. No forced renewals, ever.
